About the job 

As a Content Moderator, you’ll be the digital gatekeeper, ensuring that the online world stays friendly and fun for all users. Your main task? Reviewing and managing Italian user-generated content to make sure it’s on-brand, on-point, and up to standard. Think of yourself as the online equivalent of a well-travelled, thoughtful host—spotting anything out of place and handling it swiftly. Whether it’s removing inappropriate content, flagging potential issues, or offering feedback on what works, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a vibrant and welcoming space for the community.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it meets platform guidelines.
  • Managing flagged content and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Providing feedback to improve the content strategy and user experience.
  • Working closely with your international colleagues to keep the platform running smoothly.


It’s a role that requires a sharp eye, good judgment, and a love for content. You’ll be the one who ensures that the community remains a safe and engaging place for users to share and interact. Your efforts will help keep the platform fresh, safe, and ready for users to engage in a positive way.

You’ll mainly interact with your international colleagues in English, so it’s important that you also speak English proficiently.
