About the job
As an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative or Content Moderator in Porto, your exact role will depend on the project you join.
If you work in customer service, you’ll help customers with their questions via channels such as email, chat, social media or phone. You’ll answer questions, solve problems and make sure customers receive the support they need.
On a content moderation project, you’ll review and manage Italian user-generated content and make sure it follows the platform’s guidelines. This can include reviewing flagged content, removing inappropriate material and escalating issues when necessary. You’ll help keep the platform safe and enjoyable for its users.
Whichever project you join, you’ll work in an international environment and receive paid training before you start. Previous experience isn’t required.
You’ll mainly communicate with your international colleagues in English, so a good level of English is important.
Training and work schedule
From your first day, you’ll participate in an intensive, fully paid training to ensure you know exactly how to assist customers. This training typically occurs during working hours. Following the training, you will work in shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00) for a total of 40 hours per week. You will receive your work schedule a few weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your free time and fully enjoy your time in Portugal!

Why our recruiters love this destination
My visit to Porto was amazing! The city’s vibrant energy and diversity captivated me. From the lively Mercado do Bolhão to the serene waterfront, Porto’s charm is undeniable. I was struck by the seamless blend of history and modernity, with ancient landmarks coexisting alongside trendy establishments. Exploring the narrow streets felt like navigating a charming maze.
