Imagine helping people while wearing your comfiest socks! As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll chat with Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, or chat, helping them with their questions and requests. If they run into a problem, you’ll be the friendly hero who finds a personalised solution.
Your daily tasks include:
- Answer calls, emails, and chat messages with a smile.
- Figure out what customers need and provide the right support.
- Keep track of conversations in the system.
No customer service experience? No worries! You’ll get full paid training to learn everything you need. Since you’ll join an international team, a good level of English will help you feel right at home.
You’ll complete training online, meet your new team virtually, and work comfortably from home while still being part of a positive, dynamic environment.
Note: This is a remote role, but you need to live within 50 km of Lisbon or Porto, as you may need to go to the office a few times per year.

What do you get?

What is required?
- You speak Italian fluently, both spoken and written.
- You have a good level of English.
- You live within 50 km of Lisbon or Porto, or are willing to relocate to the area.
- You are available for at least 6 months.

- You are flexible and comfortable working in shifts.
- You are available to work full-time.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a valid EU passport or identity card, or a valid work permit for Portugal.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not always required.
