VACANCY
What will you do?
Office chairs? Fluorescent lights? No thanks!
Your workplace is a professional studio in Malta, with cameras, lighting and a team that makes sure you look good on screen. As a game presenter, you host live games on camera for players around the world. You’re the face of the table: you keep the energy up, chat with players and make every round feel like a show.
You also run the game itself. You follow the game rules and keep an eye on the system while you play. You’re live for about 2 hours at a time, then take a 30-minute paid break in the relaxation area with PlayStation, table tennis, free fruit and drinks.
Never presented before? Most people who start here haven’t. You get 2 weeks of paid training in English, and every shift makes you more confident in front of the camera. You’ll be trained for this from day one.
What does the company offer?
You’ll work for an international online gaming company with its own studios in Malta. They book and pay for your flight, pick you up at the airport and give you 15 nights in a shared apartment while you find your own place, with contacts and tips to help you search. On top of your salary you can earn a monthly performance bonus. You also get a free gym membership, workshops and team activities, plus help with tax and other paperwork when you arrive.
Destination
Your new home is Malta. You get sun for around 300 days a year, sea views almost everywhere and evenings on a terrace in Valletta or Sliema. Weekends are for the Blue Lagoon, the ferry to Gozo or diving in clear blue water. English is an official language, public transport is free and home is a short flight away.
What do you get?
- Base salary of €1,387 gross per month, plus a Greek language allowance of €1 per hour (approx. €1,505 gross per month in total)
- A monthly performance bonus of up to €1,000 gross
- €2 per hour night-shift allowance (approx. €112 gross per month) and overtime paid at 1.5x
- Flight to Malta booked and paid, plus airport pickup
- 15 nights of free accommodation and help finding your own place
- 2 weeks of fully paid training in English
- Indefinite-term contract with a 6-month probation period
- 4 days on / 2 days off, approx. 40 hours per week, with free taxi on night shifts
- Private health insurance after probation, free gym membership, free fruit and drinks
- 24 days of annual leave (can increase to 28)
What is required?
- Fluent or native Greek
- English at minimum B2 level
- Available for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

- A clean police conduct certificate
- At least 18 years old
- You're comfortable in front of a camera (or want to learn)
- A positive, friendly attitude and a sense of responsibility
- No experience or diploma needed, because you get full training
Why our recruiters love this destination
You truly marvel at this picturesque island. Clear blue sky, white beaches and crystal clear turquoise water, it’s like paradise! 🏝️ Visits to Golden Bay and Blue Lagoon were among the highlights of our trip, and I wouldn’t have missed snorkelling in the caves of Comino for the world. The underwater world here is, in a word, breathtaking.
Don’t forget authentic Valletta… It is a city full of historical gems straight out of a postcard. The narrow streets, cosy cafes and beautiful architecture; I love it! When the sun goes down the party really gets going in Malta, the bustling Paceville is for the party goers among us where the clubs and bars go on until the early hours.
Malta more than lives up to its reputation and I can’t wait to come back next summer!
