Have you ever dreamt of living in a sunny country by the sea, with friendly people, great food and a relaxed way of life? As a Polish-speaking Customer Service Representative in Portugal, you can do exactly that, while building international experience that looks great on any CV.
You’ll be working for an international company that customers of some of the world’s most recognisable brands rely on for their customer care, think names like Google, Spotify, Microsoft and Expedia. Depending on the project you join, you might support advertisers on a leading social platform, help customers with their online orders, or assist with services for a major Portuguese company. Some projects are based in Lisbon and others in Porto, and the salaries and conditions are very similar across all of them, so we’ll match you to the one that fits you best.
As part of the customer service team you’ll help customers by phone, email, chat and social media, in Polish. You’ll receive full paid training in advance and ongoing coaching, so you’ll feel confident from day one. A very good level of English is needed too, as it’s used for training and internal communication.

We want to make your move to Portugal as easy as possible. Your flight will be refunded after 9 months with the company, and if you choose the accommodation option you’ll get your own room in a fully furnished, company-paid shared apartment for your first months. Your new colleagues will help you sort out the practical things, like registration, taxes and setting up a bank account. What is required?
- Fluent in Polish (spoken and written).
- A very good level of English.
- You are flexible, as you'll be working in rotating shifts.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You are an EU citizen, or you already hold a valid work permit for Portugal.
- You are ready to live and work in Portugal for at least 12 months.
