Vacancy
Have you ever dreamt of living in a sunny country by the sea, with friendly people, great food and a relaxed way of life? As a Polish-speaking Customer Service Representative in Portugal, you can do exactly that, while building international experience that looks great on any CV.
You’ll be working for an international company that customers of some of the world’s most recognisable brands rely on for their customer care, think names like Google, Spotify, Microsoft and Expedia. Depending on the project you join, you might support advertisers on a leading social platform, help customers with their online orders, or assist with services for a major Portuguese company. Some projects are based in Lisbon and others in Porto, and the salaries and conditions are very similar across all of them, so we’ll match you to the one that fits you best.
As part of the customer service team you’ll help customers by phone, email, chat and social media, in Polish. You’ll receive full paid training in advance and ongoing coaching, so you’ll feel confident from day one. A very good level of English is needed too, as it’s used for training and internal communication.
Don’t worry, everything will be arranged for you
We want to make your move to Portugal as easy as possible. Your flight will be refunded after 9 months with the company, and if you choose the accommodation option you’ll get your own room in a fully furnished, company-paid shared apartment for your first months. Your new colleagues will help you sort out the practical things, like registration, taxes and setting up a bank account. They know exactly how it feels to start fresh in a new country, and they’ll support you every step of the way.

Your life in Portugal :
Portugal is one of Europe’s sunniest and most welcoming countries, and it’s easy to see why so many internationals have made it their home. Whether you’re based in lively, historic Lisbon or in the charming riverside city of Porto, you’ll find beautiful architecture, buzzing food and nightlife scenes, and a warm, laid-back mentality wherever you go.
With the ocean never far away, your weekends can be spent surfing, relaxing on the beach, exploring cobbled old towns or discovering local markets full of fresh produce, olive oil and pastéis de nata. Portugal is also noticeably more affordable than most of Western Europe, so your salary goes a long way. Add in the friendly expat community and free local language courses, and settling in is easier than you’d think.

Why our recruiters love this destination
From the moment I saw Lisbon featured in a travel program, it has been at the top of my bucket list. This is because it’s a hotspot for foodies with trendy bars, culinary food trucks or authentic seafood restaurants on every street corner.
I can already picture myself sitting on the magnificent Praça do Comércio while sinking my teeth into Portugal’s most famous pastry, the pastel de nata. I’m also totally up for visiting one of the typical fado houses to immerse myself in the local culture with traditional food and Portuguese fado music.
That’s the magic of travel for me; being open to new experiences, cultures and, of course, good food! 😋
