About the role

In this role, you’ll support Croatian-speaking customers with their questions, orders, and product information. You will be the face (or rather, voice) of the company; your communication skills, patience, and attention to detail will help you deliver a positive customer experience every day.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting customers via phone, email, and social media with clear and fitting solutions
  • Updating customer information and keeping records accurate in the system
  • Working closely with your team and other departments to resolve requests efficiently
  • Making sure every customer feels supported from start to finish

About the Company

You’ll join an international company that works with global partners and supports well-known brands across Europe. The best part about this? You don’t need prior experience, you’ll receive three weeks of paid training followed by one week of guided practice to help you feel confident before working independently.

You’ll be part of a welcoming and social team where collaboration is key and no two days are the same. If you’re looking for a rewarding job abroad, great teamwork, and the chance to grow in an international environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
