What is required?

After the phone interview, we will determine together with you if you are a suitable candidate for the job. If yes, we will send an online test to you.

Interview with client
The client's recruiter will schedule an introduction phone call with you. After this, a video call will follow with the project manager. During these talks, they'll check out your test results, chat about your motivation, and discuss your skills. Make sure you are at your best and come across as motivated!

Receive the results of the interview and the test
After all steps are completed, we will contact you to (fingers crossed!) deliver the good news that you have been accepted!

Yes, you need to have an intermediate level of proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking. This is because your interview and training will be conducted in English.
No, that is not a problem! You will receive a training beforehand, consisting of 15 working days (8 hours per day).

There are two options. You can choose to find your own accommodation or arrange accommodation through your employer. In the latter option, deductions will be made from your salary.
You work 40 hours a week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern. Monday to Sunday from 06:00 AM to 24:00.
You are responsible for booking and covering the costs of your flight initially, but after completing 9 months with TP, you will be reimbursed for these expenses.
