About the position
In this role, you provide B2B support to advertisers who use a major international advertising platform to run their campaigns. You’ll help them work through technical and product-related issues, mainly via email and chat, whether that’s setting things up correctly, fixing something that isn’t working, or getting the best possible performance out of their campaigns.
You’ll work closely with Product Operations and Engineering teams to get more complex cases resolved, and partner with in-house technical specialists to help advertisers understand the platform’s features. From day one, you’re encouraged to spot ways to improve the service, all while keeping customer satisfaction high.

Lisbon is one of the sunniest capitals in Europe, and once you’re there, it’s easy to understand the appeal. Pastel-coloured buildings, cobbled streets and a laid-back pace of life make it feel worlds away from a typical 9-to-5 routine.

What do you get?
- A gross monthly cash salary of €920, plus a €40 monthly complexity bonus.
- Prefer to use shared accommodation? That’s possible! For a fixed monthly fee, which is automatically deducted from your salary, your housing is arranged for up to 12 months.
- Help with admin, such as banking, taxes and private health insurance.
- Paid training to get you up to speed before you start.
- Administrative support for your accommodation in Portugal (bank account, registration...).
- A 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
- A fully office-based role, working alongside an international team in Lisbon.

- 22 vacation days and 14 national holidays per year. If you have to work on a Portuguese national holiday, you get a day off in return.
What is required?
- Native-level Turkish (spoken and written).
- Good spoken and written English (B2 level).
- Experience in customer service and/or marketing is a plus.
- You're flexible (rotating shifts, initially within a 07:00–19:00 window, Monday to Sunday, with 2 rotating days off per week).
- You're available for at least 6 months.
- Valid European passport or European ID card.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You don't need to speak Portuguese for this role.
