About the position
In this social media role, you help keep the platform safe and welcoming for everyone who uses it. You’ll review posts, videos and comments against the platform’s guidelines and decide what stays, what gets adjusted, and what needs to come down. This kind of work is often called “content moderation,” so you might also see it referred to that way.
You’ll spot sensitive content, flag anything that breaks the rules, and play your part in making the platform a positive place for millions of people. Full training is provided so you’ll always know how to make the right call, and you’ll be based in a modern office in Lisbon with colleagues from all over the world.

Life in Portugal is also considerably cheaper than in most of Western Europe, so your salary stretches further, and with such a large international community already here, it won’t take long before Lisbon starts to feel like home.
What do you get?
- A gross monthly cash salary of €920, plus a €45 monthly complexity bonus.
- A meal allowance of €7.63 for every working day.
- Prefer to use shared accommodation? That’s possible! For a fixed monthly fee, which is automatically deducted from your salary, your housing is arranged for up to 12 months.
- Help with admin, such as banking, taxes and private health insurance.
- A fully paid, 2-week training period.
- Administrative support for your accommodation in Portugal (bank account, registration...).
- A 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

- 22 vacation days and 14 national holidays per year. If you have to work on a Portuguese national holiday, you get a day off in return.
What is required?
- Fluent in Hungarian (spoken and written).
- Reasonable to good spoken and written English.
- You're flexible (rotating shifts).
- You're available for at least 6 months.
- Valid European passport or European ID card.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You don't need to speak Portuguese for this role.
