About the role

In this position, you’ll assist Slovenian-speaking customers with questions, orders, or product information. You’ll learn everything you need through three weeks of training and one week of guided practice before taking off on your own.

Your communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail will help create great customer experiences every day.

  • Support customers via phone, email, and social channels by providing quick, clear solutions.
  • Update customer details and keep records accurate in the system.
  • Work closely with your team and other departments to handle requests smoothly.
  • Ensure every customer receives friendly, high-quality service from start to finish.
