About the role
As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the primary contact for Romanian-speaking customers; you will offer friendly and efficient technical support via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include resolving questions, identifying technical issues, and guiding customers toward effective solutions – all while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
You’ll benefit from thorough training that equips you with the skills and knowledge needed to handle a wide variety of customer queries. Plus, your manager and team will always be there to support you whenever you face any challenges.
This is an in-office role based in Lisbon, where you’ll work side by side with a diverse team of colleagues from across Europe. It’s a dynamic and international environment; fun is guaranteed!

Lisbon has many parks available for you to explore new sports, from tennis courts to archery ranges. The greenest and biggest park is Parque Urbano do Jamor. This park has a canal in which you can kayak, and it also has a climbing wall for the daredevils among us!
What do you get?
- A gross monthly salary of €1,190.
- Bonus of up to €100 per month.

What is required?
- You must be fluent in Romanian (spoken and written).
- A good level of English (B2).
- Availability for at least 6 months.
- Valid European passport or European ID card.
- You must be at least 18 years old.

Next, a video interview will be scheduled with the client's Recruiter. This conversation typically lasts about 45 minutes.
