About the role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be helping Romanian-speaking customers with their questions and ensuring every interaction ends with a smile. Whether it’s solving a simple request or explaining product details, your patience and positivity will make the difference.
You’ll receive three weeks of training plus one week of guided support to help you feel confident from day one. Your workplace will be modern, social, and full of international energy.

What's required?
- You speak Romanian fluently (native or C2 level).
- You’re comfortable communicating in English and can write clear messages.
- You’re ready for an adventure abroad and can stay in Bulgaria for at least 6 months.
- 18 years or older.
- You hold a valid EU passport or ID card.
- No previous experience needed. Motivation and a positive attitude are what count most!

English is important both at work and in everyday life. Ideally you’ll have a B2 level or higher. This means you can hold conversations, understand others and write clear messages. Unsure? Don’t worry and apply anyway, our recruiters can help assess whether your English level is sufficient.
You need to hold EU nationality to work in Bulgaria without a work permit. You show this with a valid passport or ID card from an EU country (e.g., Romania or another EU state). Make sure the document is not expired.
We’ll find a start date together that suits both you and the employer. Please let us know your availability when you apply.
You’ll sign a contract for at least 6 months. This gives you time to settle in, grow in your role and fully enjoy your time in Bulgaria.

No, this role is full-time (40 hours/week). Part-time is unfortunately not possible.
No, Bulgarian is not required. The languages you need to master are Romanian (native) and English.
You will work 40 hours a week in shifts from Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm.
