About the role
In this role, you’ll manage customer requests through phone, email, chat, and web forms. You’ll listen, identify issues, and guide customers toward effective solutions. Your focus will be on troubleshooting, providing clear information, and ensuring each request is handled efficiently and professionally.
You’ll receive full training and ongoing coaching, so you’ll feel supported from day one.

What's required?
- Fluency in Spanish (C1 level) and English (C1 level).
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, BPO, or working with US customers.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Local candidates only (you must already live in Bulgaria).
- Positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
