About the role

In this role, you’ll manage customer requests through phone, email, chat, and web forms. You’ll listen, identify issues, and guide customers toward effective solutions. Your focus will be on troubleshooting, providing clear information, and ensuring each request is handled efficiently and professionally.

You’ll receive full training and ongoing coaching, so you’ll feel supported from day one.

What you’ll do

  • Handle customer requests through phone, email, chat and web forms.
  • Help customers with spare part orders and online services.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical questions.
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth service delivery.
