What do you get?
- You will receive a gross monthly salary starting at €1,857 (€1,086 net). After three months, this increases to €2,321 (€1,358 net), and after nine months, you’ll earn €2,669 (€1,561 net).
- You can earn a performance bonus of up to €609 / 3,000 RON (Romanian leu) net per month.
- Your flight will be booked and paid for by your new employer.
- You can stay for free in one of the company's shared accommodations (including gas, water, and electricity) or receive a fixed housing allowance of €250 per month after completing the 90-day probation period.

What is required?
