As a Polish-speaking customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to be a crucial link between the company and its customers. Thanks to paid training and coaching, you will grow into an expert at answering incoming calls, emails and chats, while effortlessly solving problems with a friendly and helpful attitude.
You can work on different projects, or companies/brands. Depending on the project, you will help customers with questions about orders, account details, payments and much more.
In a phone conversation with us, we will of course be happy to tell you more about which projects are currently available and their corresponding start dates!

A test will be forwarded to you so they can test your English and computer skills.

Video interview with the client's recruiter
Next, a video interview will be scheduled with the client's recruiter. This interview will last approximately 45 minutes.

Receive the results of the interview and test
After all steps have been completed, we will contact you to tell you (fingers crossed!) the good news that you have been hired!
