The official title for this position is Customer Service Representative, but we prefer to call you Customer Superhero. After all, you are the hero who helps customers and solves their problems every day. You communicate with customers mainly in Turkish via email, social media, and telephone, but as a real superhero, you sometimes have to deal with your international colleagues. Knowledge of English is, therefore, a requirement for this job. In addition, you have the opportunity to continue your education here: Thanks to coaching and extensive training, you will become a real star in your job and know exactly how to deal with the customer inquiries and problems that come to you every day.

The offer:
Our client in Lisbon is an international company with employees from different countries. They are looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join the team and give you the chance not only to build your CV and gain work experience but also to get to know the Portuguese culture and make new friends. As a customer service representative, you will mainly respond to customer inquiries via chat channels. Occasionally you will also take care of customer matters over the phone, answer questions and solve problems. Of course, you also get training, which lasts 2 months and is also paid for. In your training, you will be taught everything about the work processes and customer interaction. Your salary corresponds to the local standard. If you already have previous experience in this area, you can also receive a higher salary directly. Otherwise, you will get a raise after 12 months.

What do you get?
- A monthly gross salary of €1,401.66.
- A yearly performance bonus which is up to 5% of the yearly gross base salary, paid in March (This is €700).
- Relocation Bonus: €2,500 for moves from outside Portugal or €1,250 for relocations within Portugal—covering flights, first rent, and moving costs.
- Travel allowance of €720 gross per year.

What is required?
- Fluent in Turkish (spoken and written).
- Good written and spoken English knowledge.
- You are motivated and a real team player.
- Previous knowledge is not necessary.
- You are at least 18 years or older.

- You have EU citizenship or Swiss citizenship.
- You have a high school diploma.

If all previous interviews are positive, you will proceed to the final round and have a concluding video conversation of 20 minutes with the client's recruiter.

You will take a language test and receive the results
The final step is taking a language test to assess your Turkish and English language skills. You have a total of 2 hours to complete this language test. After completing the test, you will be informed whether or not you will receive a job offer and if your adventure can begin soon!

Pack your things and get on the plane!
After all the steps have been completed, you will receive a phone call (fingers crossed!) with the good news that you have been hired! Throw a farewell party, pack your bags and board the plane to start your adventure!
