About the position

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for Polish-speaking customers. You deliver proactive and friendly technical support via phone and email. Your role will involve accurately addressing inquiries, diagnosing issues, and providing solutions – all while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

You’ll receive comprehensive training to provide you with the knowledge and tools needed to handle a wide range of customer queries. Plus, you’ll have the full support of your manager and team whenever you come across challenges.

This is an on-site position where you’ll work alongside a diverse, international team made up of colleagues from all over Europe. This creates a collaborative and multicultural environment.

Interview Process

    After the phone interview, we kindly request a motivation letter from you. Together, we will determine if you are a suitable candidate for the position. If so, we will forward your details to our client abroad.

  • Take the online test

    You will receive a test to assess your English and computer skills.

  • Video interview with our client

    Next, a video interview will be scheduled with the client's Recruiter. This conversation typically lasts about 45 minutes.

  • Receive the interview and test results

    After completing all steps, we will contact you to (fingers crossed!) deliver the good news that you have been hired!
