About the position
In this social media role, you make sure the platform stays safe, friendly and respectful. You review posts, videos and comments against clear guidelines, and decide whether content should be approved, adjusted or removed. This kind of work is often called “content moderation,” so you might also see it referred to that way.
You keep an eye on sensitive topics, flag abuse, and help create a positive online environment for millions of users. You’ll get full training so you know exactly how to assess each situation correctly, and you’ll work from a modern office in Lisbon alongside an international team.

What do you get?
- A gross monthly salary of €940, plus a €45 monthly complexity bonus.
- A meal allowance of €7.63 for every working day.
- Prefer to use shared accommodation? That’s possible! For a fixed monthly fee, which is automatically deducted from your salary, your housing is arranged for up to 12 months.
- Support with practical admin, including banking, registration, taxes and private health insurance.
- A fully paid, 2-week training period.
- A 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

- 22 vacation days and 14 national holidays per year. If you have to work on a Portuguese national holiday, you get a day off in return.
What is required?
- Fluent in Greek (spoken and written).
- Reasonable to good spoken and written English.
- You're flexible (rotating shifts).
- You're available for at least 6 months.
- Valid European passport or European ID card.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You don't need to speak Portuguese for this role.
