Customer Support Agent / Order Support
You’ve probably shopped online before. Whenever you have a question about your order, product or service, you know you can contact the company’s customer support. Content Moderator
As a content moderator, you’ll review content on social media platforms and make sure they stay free of unwanted behaviour. Together with your colleagues, you’ll help keep social media a safe and positive place for everyone. You can choose between different projects for some of the world’s best-known brands. This role is based in a modern office in Lisbon.
Whichever role you choose, you’ll receive thorough, paid training before you start, so you’ll learn everything you need to know. During the interview, we’re happy to walk you through the different projects and their start dates, and together we’ll find the one that best matches your skills and interests.

Why our recruiters love this destination
From the moment I saw Lisbon featured in a travel program, it has been at the top of my bucket list. This is because it’s a hotspot for foodies with trendy bars, culinary food trucks or authentic seafood restaurants on every street corner.
I can already picture myself sitting on the magnificent Praça do Comércio while sinking my teeth into Portugal’s most famous pastry, the pastel de nata. I’m also totally up for visiting one of the typical fado houses to immerse myself in the local culture with traditional food and Portuguese fado music.
That’s the magic of travel for me; being open to new experiences, cultures and, of course, good food! 😋
