About the role

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the friendly voice that helps customers solve problems, answer questions, and get the best experience possible. Every day is different — you might help someone track an order, explain a product, handle a complaint, or provide guidance on services.

You’ll communicate mostly by phone, email, or chat, making sure every customer feels heard and supported. Attention to detail, patience, and a positive attitude are key, and there’s plenty of room to learn new skills and grow in your role. If you enjoy helping people, working in a team, and being part of an international environment, this job is a perfect fit!

You must hold EU nationality in order to work in Bulgaria without needing a work permit. You’ll need a valid passport or national ID card from an EU country (for example Portugal or another member state). Don’t forget: the document must still be valid.

No, this role is full-time (40 hours/week). Part-time is unfortunately not an option.

Not at all, you only need to speak Potuguese and English.

You will work 40 hours per week in shifts from Monday to Friday – 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
