About the role
In this position, you’ll assist Slovenian-speaking customers with questions, orders, or product information. You’ll learn everything you need through three weeks of training and one week of guided practice before taking off on your own.
Your communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail will help create great customer experiences every day.

What's required?
- You have a strong command of Slovenian (C1 level or above).
- You can communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written.
- You’re looking to start an international experience and are available to work in Bulgaria for a minimum of 6 months.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You possess a valid EU passport or ID card.
- Experience isn’t required. Motivation and a positive attitude are what count most!

English is key for both your job and everyday life here. Ideally you’d have a B2 level or above, meaning you can comfortably talk to others, understand them and write clear messages. You must hold EU nationality in order to work in Bulgaria without needing a work permit. You’ll need a valid passport or national ID card from an EU country (for example Slovenia or another member state). Don’t forget: the document must still be valid.

No, this role is full-time (40 hours/week). Part-time is unfortunately not an option.

You will work 40 hours per week in shifts from Monday to Friday – 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Yes, after some time and based on your performance, working from home can be arranged.
