About the role
Join a global company that delivers customer support for some of the world’s most well-known brands, including PayPal, Audi, and Netflix. As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll assist customers through email, chat, or phone, helping them solve issues quickly and efficiently. Every project is unique, so your responsibilities may vary, and we’ll go over the details during your interview.
Examples of the types of questions you may get:
- PayPal: A customer can’t access their account, help them reset their password and regain access safely.
- Audi: A client wants to schedule a service appointment, guide them through the process and provide information on available options.
- Netflix: A subscriber is experiencing streaming issues, troubleshoot and walk them through possible solutions.
While your main communication will be in Spanish, you’ll occasionally use English to coordinate with colleagues from around the world. What do you get?
- You’ll receive a gross monthly salary between €1045 and €1100, plus 2 bonus months (so, 14 monthly salaries per year).
- You’ll also have the opportunity to earn a performance bonus, depending on the project you’re working on, ranging from €100 to €300 per month.
- You can work from home anywhere in Greece—whether it's from the city or a beautiful island. All you need is a good, fast internet connection and a comfortable workspace.

What is required?
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).
- Good to very good English skills (spoken and written).
- Available for a minimum of 6 months.
- At least 18 years old.
- You are registered in Greece and have an AMKA and AFM number.
- You have a fast, stable internet connection.
