To work in another EU country without a work permit, you need to be an EU citizen. The easiest way to prove this is with a valid passport or ID card from an EU country (like Germany or Austria). Make sure it’s not expired.

You’ll need to commit to at least 12 months. This gives you time to settle in, grow in your role, and make the most of your adventure in Portugal.

You’ll receive paid onboarding and training to fully prepare you for your role. The duration varies depending on the project but typically lasts between 2 to 4 weeks, Monday to Friday during office hours. You’ll learn about the company, how everything works, and exactly what your tasks will be. You won’t be alone, you’ll start together with other newbies, so you can learn and support each other. After the first two weeks, you’ll move on to the ”nesting” phase: training on the job for one to two months, all tailored to your personal learning needs.

Yes, you have the option of shared housing for €280 per month (private room + shared furnished spaces, all bills included).

You should have some experience already. But you’ll also get full training and plenty of support to learn everything about the job and the company.

This role is full-time (40 hours per week), so part-time work isn’t possible.
