About the role
Welcome to the world of Customer Care and Sales with our client, a leading Nordic energy company on a mission to create harmony between people, businesses, and nature. As champions of clean energy, they’re all about sparking positive change while keeping the planet in mind.
As a Customer Care and Sales Agent, you’ll be the friendly face behind the phone, email, chat, and web platforms, helping customers with everything from questions to purchases. From unravelling payment puzzles to orchestrating new orders, you’ll ensure every interaction ends with a smile.
To rock this role, you’ll need a blend of customer service charm and sales savvy. Great communication skills are your secret weapons, guiding you through negotiations with ease. And when the pressure’s on, you’ll thrive, fuelled by your passion for delivering top-notch service with a dash of Swedish flair.
Settling into Portugal with ease
Once you’ve booked your flight ticket (costs covered, of course), your colleagues will be eagerly waiting to welcome you at Lisbon Airport. They’ll whisk you away to your new apartment. Not only will they assist you in navigating the city, but they’ll also help with administrative tasks like setting up health insurance, taxes, and banking. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to take a complimentary Portuguese course. Before you know it, you’ll be chatting away confidently in a whole new language during this incredible adventure.
Destination
Experience the relaxed mentality of the Portuguese
Embark on an adventure and uncover all that Portugal has to offer! Travelling by train and bus from Lisbon is not only convenient but also very affordable, allowing you to explore the country in your free time. The Mediterranean lifestyle, combined with the relaxed vibe of the Portuguese, will surely be something you are going to enjoy!
Lisbon enjoys the highest number of sunshine hours in Europe, creating an ideal setting for people of all ages to come together along the waterfront, bask in the sunshine, and revel in live music. Surfing is also incredibly popular, with complimentary kitesurfing lessons awaiting you if you are interested!
Restaurants, shops, cafés, and other creative ventures are popping up all over the city. Dining out doesn’t have to break the bank – the prato do dia (daily special) offers a hearty meal for a small price. A cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the terrace, as well as public transportation, are much cheaper than in Sweden. You can still buy clothing, bread, vegetables, and fish for a bargain at local markets.

Why our recruiters love this destination
From the moment I saw Lisbon featured in a travel program, it has been at the top of my bucket list. This is because it’s a hotspot for foodies with trendy bars, culinary food trucks or authentic seafood restaurants on every street corner.
I can already picture myself sitting on the magnificent Praça do Comércio while sinking my teeth into Portugal’s most famous pastry, the pastel de nata. I’m also totally up for visiting one of the typical fado houses to immerse myself in the local culture with traditional food and Portuguese fado music.
That’s the magic of travel for me; being open to new experiences, cultures and, of course, good food! 😋
