As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the friendly voice helping customers by email, chat, or phone. You’ll be the one to put a smile on customer’s faces – all from sunny Portugal!
Some of your responsibilities:
- Help solve problems and find the right solutions.
- Update customer information in the system.
- Follow up on open cases to make sure everything is resolved.
- Work together with other teams when needed.
- Keep track of common questions to help improve service.
- Stay up to date with product or service changes.
Don’t worry if you’ve never done this before, you’ll be taught everything you need to know during your fully paid and remote training. What do you get?

What is required?
- Fluency in Norwegian.
- You should be comfortable having conversations in English and writing clear messages.
- You already live in or around Lisbon, Porto or the Algarve.
- You’re flexible and comfortable working in shifts.
- You can come to the office once every three months.
- You have a quiet workspace with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- At least a high school diploma.
- You’re at least 18 years old.
- You’re available for 6 - 12 months.
- A valid passport or ID card from an EU country, or a valid work permit for Portugal.

Good English skills are required as it is widely spoken both at work and in daily life. Ideally, your English should be at a B2 level or higher. This means that you should feel comfortable having conversations, understanding others, and writing clear messages in English.

To work in another EU country without a work permit, you need to be an EU citizen. The easiest way to prove this is with a valid passport or ID card from an EU country (like Norway). Make sure it’s not expired.

You’ll need to commit at least 6 months to 1 year, depending on the project you’ll work for. This gives you time to settle in, grow in your role, and make the most of your adventure.
We’re happy to walk you through what it means to work as a Customer Service Agent, if that helps you decide. And yes, there are often other roles available as well! For example, you could work in social media as a content moderator and there are also some more unique opportunities available with Google. However, please be aware that these positions will be on-site.
We are initially looking for people that are already living in or around Lisbon, Porto or Algarve. Not yet living there but still interested in the job? That is no problem, you can still apply. Your new employer can arrange accommodation in either Lisbon or Porto.
Not at all! You don’t need any previous experience. You’ll get full training and support to learn everything you need.
This role is full-time (40 hours per week), so part-time work isn’t possible.
No, you don’t need to speak Portuguese. The languages you should be able to speak are Norwegian and English.
For this project you will work in shifts, following a rotation system with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. But don’t worry, you’ll receive your schedule a few weeks in advance, so you’ll always know ahead of time when you’re expected to work.
Yes, you work from home completely. Your equipment, like a laptop, will be provided and sent to your place. However, you must come to the office once every three months. You should also make sure that you have stable wifi connection.
