Customer Service & Technical Support
Depending on the project you join, you’ll work in customer service or technical support for a well-known international brand.
- In customer service, you’ll assist customers via channels such as email, social media and phone, answering questions and helping them solve problems.
- On technical support projects, you’ll help customers with product or service-related technical issues, guide them through troubleshooting steps and find the right solution.
No experience yet? No worries. You’ll receive training before you start, and during your first interview we’ll tell you more about the different projects available and find the role that best matches your skills and interests.
While your daily activities will mostly be conducted in Italian, you’ll work in a dynamic, international office where English is the language of choice for connecting with colleagues. What do you get?
- A gross monthly salary of €1,050 with accommodation included, or between €1,251.83 and €1,391.83 without accommodation, depending on the project.
- You can use a shared apartment with colleagues for free. You will have your own room and share common areas such as the kitchen. Gas, water, electricity and internet are also included.
- Your training (2-4 weeks, depending on the project) is paid: you will receive €92.80 per week.
- Your plane ticket to Porto is refunded after 9 months.
- You will receive an annual return flight to your home country which will be reimbursed to you.
- Your documents, health insurance and accommodation are paid and arranged for you.

What is required?
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Be able to speak and write English at a good level.
- Availability to live and work in Porto for approximately 12 months.
- You need to have completed high school and have access to your diploma.
- Be at least 18 years of age.

After the telephone interview we will send you a written test, which will take approximately 50 minutes.

Collecting and sending data to the customer
Once you have completed the test and agreed that you are a suitable candidate for the position, we will send your details to our client abroad.

The client's recruiter will schedule a telephone interview with you
During this conversation with the recruiter, your test results, your motivation and your skills will be discussed. They will also look at your skills and you will conduct a role interview, which you can prepare in advance.

A second telephone interview will be scheduled with the recruiter and a project manager
During this conversation, they will delve deeper into the role.

Once we’ve completed all the steps, we’ll get in touch with you (fingers crossed!) to give you the good news that you’ve been hired!
