Vacancy
About the positions
This vacancy covers two different roles with our client in Barcelona: customer service and telesales. You choose the direction that suits you best, and during your call with our recruitment team we’ll figure out together which role matches your strengths.
Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor, you help customers with both technical and administrative questions by phone, chat and email. That can range from setting up payment solutions to troubleshooting and general advice. You’ll get thorough training before you start, and may work across different customer service projects along the way.
Telesales & Sales Support Agent
As a Telesales & Sales Support Agent, your role is split in two: half your time goes to sales support and following up on contracts, the other half to outbound sales. You contact businesses that already work with our client, or that have shown interest in their payment solutions. You get to know their needs, explain the options, and help them choose the right solution. You’ll get two weeks of paid training before you start for real.
What you get from the company
Whichever role you choose, you’ll join an international team in a fast-paced, professional environment. You get thorough training, ongoing support from experienced colleagues, and the option to work from home once you’ve been in the office for 3 months. There’s no relocation package attached to these roles, but you do get help with admin, so you settle into Spain quickly.
Destination
Barcelona, the city that’s got it all!
Imagine this: palm trees swaying in the breeze, tapas on every corner, and a job opportunity that’s as hot as the Spanish sun. Nestled on the northeastern coast of Spain, this vibrant gem is an amazing fusion of Gaudi’s whimsical architecture, sun-kissed beaches, and a nightlife that’s going to want you to party every weekend. Whether you’re strolling down La Rambla, getting lost in the labyrinthine streets of the Gothic Quarter, or sipping cava with a view of the sparkling sea, Barcelona has this uncanny ability to make you feel like you’ve stumbled upon a city that’s not just got it all, but flaunts it with a wink and a sangria in hand.

Why our recruiters love this destination
If I had to choose one city in Europe that I would like to visit for a second time, it would definitely be Barcelona. It’s been many years since I wandered around ‘Barça’, but I remember very well how impressed I was. Especially for the art lovers among us, the capital of Catalonia is a true paradise of inspiration!
You will be captivated by architect Gaudí’s life-like works of art, characterised by his organic forms, colourful ceramics and abundance of decorative elements.
This genius’s work can be spotted randomly in the city centre, but the #1 insta-hotspot is his surreal Park Güell. His unrivalled genius comes into its own when staring at the imposing La Sagrada Familia, Barcelona’s iconic cathedral.
Cameras at the ready, because you won’t want to miss this!
