Hey there, future Customer Service superhero! If you’ve got a knack for making people smile over the phone and a love for problem-solving, we want you on the team.
As a Customer Service agent, it’s your task to assist customers through phone calls, social media, and email. From troubleshooting technical issues to providing product recommendations and handling billing errors, you’re in for a wild ride of questions that keep things fresh and lively every single day! No worries, you won’t be thrown into the deep end right away. Through the training sessions, you’ll receive all the tools you need to tackle any problem. On top of that, you will have the opportunity to choose from different projects to participate in.

What do you get?
- A gross monthly salary of €1500. After 6 months, depending on your performance, the salary will increase to €1600 .
- A performance bonus of €200. After 6 months, this can increase to €250 per month.
- You will receive paid training and coaching.
- Assistance with administration, such as banking, taxes, and health insurance.
- After training, you'll have the flexibility to work from home (though this is always subject to negotiation with your coach/TL).
- 23 vacation days based on a full-time contract.
- You will receive an indefinite contract right away.
- You have the option to take advantage of the free Spanish course.

What is required?
- Fluent in Danish (both spoken and written).
- Proficient in speaking and writing English.
- You must have a European passport/ID card or the legal right to live and work in Spain.
- Available for a minimum of 6 to 12 months.
- At least 18 years of age or older.
