As a Technical Support Advisor, you’ll be the point of contact for customers in need of product assistance. Your goal? Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and keep things running smoothly. In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support.
  • Identify issues, determine root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Assist with installation, configuration, customisation, and performance optimisation.
  • Offer known fixes and workarounds whenever possible.
  • Leverage knowledge bases and documentation to rule out software defects.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team when needed.
