About the role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be at the heart of the sales team, working behind the scenes with customers via email, phone calls, and digital channels. Your main goal? Connecting people with products or services that truly meet their needs. Here’s how you’ll do it:
- Building relationships: Stay in touch with customers, understand their needs, and ensure they feel valued.
- Spotting opportunities: Identify chances to introduce new products or services tailored to their unique preferences.
- Creating proposals: When customers need specific information, you’ll prepare proposals that highlight the benefits they’re looking for.
- Delivering results: Work toward sales targets, using your communication skills and product knowledge to close deals and achieve goals.

What do you get?
- Expected annual gross salary of €28,500 (€2,375 per month).
- Relocation assistance of €500 if you don’t live in Spain and are moving to Málaga.

What is required?
- Fluent in Finnish (spoken and written).
- Good or fluent in English (spoken and written). Spanish is not required.
- You have a proven background in B2B sales and experience working with sales channels.
- You are flexible (rotating shifts) and available to work 39 hours per week.
- You possess strong communication skills and a goal-oriented, self-motivated attitude.
- You are energetic, dynamic, and driven to make a difference.
- You are available for at least 12 months.
- You are at least 18 years old or older.
- You hold a EU passport/ID card.
