As a Customer Service Hero in this field, your mission is to provide the best possible service to players. Every day, you bring your positive energy to phone calls, chats, and emails to help customers with their questions and concerns within the exciting world of iGaming.
Moreover, sharing your ideas to continuously improve the system and ensure the company stays ahead is extremely important. Providing valuable feedback to team leaders and Country Managers, and keeping the knowledge base updated, is a significant part of your role. What do you get?
- Gross monthly salary of €2,166.67.
- A monthly performance bonus of up to 10% of your salary.
- 2 weeks of free accommodation in an apartment close to work, plus help finding a permanent place to live.

What is required?
- Fluent in Danish (both spoken and written).
- Good English skills (both spoken and written).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service via phone or email.
- You have a positive attitude and approach, and you're flexible.
- You’re interested in the iGaming world and eager to learn more.
- You value helping others with empathy and are committed to delivering excellent service.
- You enjoy learning new things and love sharing your knowledge.
- You’re a great listener, have strong teamwork and communication skills, and can work independently.
- Minimum commitment: 12 months.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have EU citizenship.
