Customer Support Agent
Are you a master of multitasking with a knack for turning frowns into smiles? As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the superhero that customers rely on. Whether it’s placing an order, seeking advice, or lodging a complaint, you’ll be their go-to problem solver. You’ll also step in to support your teammates, handle admin tasks, and contribute to keeping customer satisfaction at its highest level.
Sales Agent
Do you have the gift of persuasion and the drive to close deals? As a Sales Agent, you’ll be connecting with potential customers, promoting products and services, and helping clients make the right choice. It’s a role that’s all about building relationships, hitting targets, and celebrating success with your team. Good to know is that this position is hybrid: you’ll be working both in the office and from home.

What do you get?
- You will receive €500 to help with your relocation costs, such as flight ticket or accommodation costs.
- An annual gross salary between €21,221 (€1,685 per month) - €21,600 ( €1,800 per month).
- A performance bonus of up to €2,000 - €7,600 per year.
- There are also career development programs and specialised courses available.
- You will get organisational help e.g. with registration and banking.
- A permanent contract.
- You will have 23 days of paid vacation each year. There are also 14 national holidays in Spain. If you have to work on those days, you’ll get paid double.

What's required?
- You have native Norwegian language skills (written and spoken).
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
- You need 1+ year experience in Customer service.
- You are available for a minimum of 6 months.
- You’re at least 18 years old.
- Very good communication, and listening skills.
