About the job
We’re looking for someone to give our customers a helping hand across a range of channels. You’ll be answering questions about subscriptions, invoices or technical problems, for example. Your job will be to provide first-class support for customers who need help.
Here are the main tasks you will have to carry out:
- Assisting customers through various channels – telephone, email, chat – to resolve issues relating to subscriptions, invoices and technical problems.
- Identifying customers’ needs and problems in order to respond to their requests.
- Keeping meticulous notes of all customer interactions – questions, complaints and solutions.

What do you get?

What is required?

Afterwards, a video interview with the client's recruiter will be scheduled. This conversation will last approximately 45 minutes.

Pack your things and get on the plane!
After all the steps have been completed, you will receive a phone call (fingers crossed!) with the good news that you have been hired! Throw a farewell party, pack your bags and board the plane to start your adventure!
