About the job
You’ll work for an international fashion brand that wants every customer to get quick and friendly help, whether it’s about a delivery, a return or a technical issue on the website or app.
As a Customer and Technical Support Agent, you’ll answer customer questions, solve their problems and make sure every case is properly followed up. In this role, you will:
- Handle incoming customer contacts by phone, email, chat and voicemail
- Answer questions about orders, deliveries, returns, products and accounts
- Help customers with basic technical issues, such as problems logging in or placing an order online
- Log every contact in the case management system and resolve cases within the agreed response times
- Keep your product and service knowledge up to date
- Escalate cases to your mentor or the right team when needed
You’ll work onsite at the office in Benalmádena, a beach town about 20 km from Málaga city, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can live in Benalmádena itself or in Málaga and commute by train in about 25 minutes. Working at the office makes it easy to get to know your team quickly, and there’s always someone nearby when you have a question.

What do you get?
- A gross base salary of €21,000 per year + bonus up to €3,000 gross per year

What is required?
- Fluent or native in Finnish (written and spoken)
- Good English skills and knowledge of other languages is a plus
- You have 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, stay calm under pressure
- Available to live and work in the Málaga area for at least 12 months
- High school diploma or equivalent
- You’re 18 years or older.
- EU passport or legal right to work in Spain
