As a Swedish Customer Support Specialist in Porto, you’ll be the steady voice helping cruise line passengers keep their plans on track. Whether by phone, email, or chat, you’ll answer questions, solve problems, and make sure travellers feel ready to set sail with confidence.

What do you get?
- Base salary: €1,500 gross per month (paid 14 times a year) + performance bonus (around €150). You can choose to spread this over 12 months instead, making your monthly salary €1,750.
- Your flight will be reimbursed after 6 months with the company.
- Shared housing for €280 per month (private room + shared furnished spaces, all bills included).
- Paid training and coaching.
- Health & taxes support: Assistance with paperwork, bank account, health insurance and tax setup.
- Meal allowance of €7.23 per day worked (~€150 per month).
- Private health insurance after 6 months.
- Free Portuguese lessons, social activities, and events to connect with other expats.
- 22 days paid holiday and compensation days for public holidays worked.
What's required?
- Native-level Swedish.
- Good written and spoken English.
- A positive attitude, clear communication skills, and empathy.
- A high school diploma is required.
- You should already have some experience in customer service.
- Tech-savvy to navigate phone systems, email workflows, chat platforms and handle customer data securely and smoothly.
- Available for at least 12 months, so you can truly settle into your role and the Porto lifestyle.
- You should be 18 years or older.
- A valid EU passport or ID.

You’ll receive paid onboarding and training to fully prepare you for your role. The duration varies depending on the project but typically lasts between 2 to 4 weeks, Monday to Friday during office hours. You’ll learn about the company, how everything works, and exactly what your tasks will be. You won’t be alone, you’ll start together with other newbies, so you can learn and support each other. After the first two weeks, you’ll move on to the ”nesting” phase: training on the job for one to two months, all tailored to your personal learning needs.
Yes, you have the option of shared housing for €280 per month (private room + shared furnished spaces, all bills included).
