About the Role

You’ll be joining an international company that specialises in customer service for some of the world’s biggest and most recognisable brands, including PayPal, Audi, Canon, Mercedes, Microsoft, and Netflix. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support customers of one of these iconic brands, providing assistance via email, phone, or chat to help resolve any issues they may have. For example, if a customer receives the wrong item after an online order, you’ll guide them through the return or exchange process. Your tasks may vary depending on the project you’re working on, and we’ll discuss the specifics with you during the interview.

While you’ll mainly communicate in Italian, there will be times when you’ll need to use English to collaborate with international colleagues.

Interview Process

    During this conversation, the recruiter will discuss your test results, your motivation, and your skills. They’ll also assess your abilities and you’ll participate in a role-specific interview, which you can prepare for in advance.

  • Get ready for your training!
