As a Technical Support Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers seeking technical assistance. Your job? Solve technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure smooth operations. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers needing technical support.
  • Diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions.
  • Assisting with installation, configuration, customisation, and performance concerns.
  • Providing known fixes and workarounds where possible.
  • Utilising knowledge bases and documentation to rule out software defects.
  • Escalating unresolved cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
