About the position
Are you social and do you enjoy solving problems? We have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Customer Support Agent you are responsible for helping out customers via phone, email, or live chat. You will do all of this in Swedish. As a valued member of the team, you’ll be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice the customers can always rely on. Any questions they have? No problem – you’ve got all the answers! And when it comes to handling complaints, you’ll be a pro at turning frowns into smiles. While doing this, a vital task of your job will be safeguarding sensitive customer information, ensuring their privacy is in the best hands. Your attention to detail and dedication will be the pillars of the customer’s trust and loyalty.
Don’t sweat it if you haven’t done this before – we’ll train you up! Any previous customer service experience is a bonus, but not a must.
Your day to day tasks are mainly:
- Provide customer support over the phone, chat, and mail.
- Deal with new and existing customers.
- Skilfully manage customer data.
- Offer helpful and efficient service.
What makes this position unique?
The main location of the company is Lisbon, Portugal. However, the position is offered exclusively as a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in Portugal. The necessary equipment, such as a computer, keyboard, and mouse, will be provided. Training will also be conducted online, ensuring that you become familiar with all products and processes, enabling you to provide the best possible customer service. To ensure a successful application process, having a stable internet connection is essential!
Already living in Portugal? Perfect, you can complete the training and continue working from the comfort of your home. Not yet residing in Portugal? No problem, you can choose your dream destination in Portugal, such as with a view of the Atlantic coast!

Lisbon has many parks available for you to explore new sports, from tennis courts to archery ranges. The greenest and biggest park is Parque Urbano do Jamor. This park has a canal in which you can kayak, and it also has a climbing wall for the daredevils among us!
What do you get?
- You will receive a base salary of €1,500 gross. The base salary is paid 14 times a year. You can choose for this to be paid twice a year (with the salaries of June and November) or it can be paid in the form of 12 monthly payments of equal value. This will add €250 to your monthly salary making it €1,750 monthly.
- Performance bonus up to €120 per month (this depends on the project).
- Flight reimbursement is included after 6 months.
- Apartment Room with rent of €280 for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip).
- Flexible work hours from the comfort of your home.
- Meal allowance of €7,23 per day.

What is required?
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
- Good proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Flexibility to work in shifts: Monday - Friday 3AM - 10PM; Saturdays 3AM -9PM; Sundays/Public Holidays 3AM -10PM - 25% increase salary from 10 PM till 7AM.
- Willingness to live and work in Portugal for at least 6 months.
- At least 18 years old.
- You have EU citizenship.
