About the role

Join an exciting and innovative project for a global tech brand in Barcelona, delivering top-notch customer service and sales support through video calls. The role has three main parts: 

  1. Video shopping
    Provide a great shopping experience by responding to, influencing, and converting customer sales inquiries through one-way video calls, while delivering excellent customer service.

  2. Content creation:
    Participate in live and pre-recorded video content. You will help with scriptwriting, translating, and brainstorming to shape the project’s direction.

  3. Call centre support:
    Assist with inbound calls and administrative tasks in the call centre when needed.

We are looking for candidates that have a positive attitude, are comfortable on camera, and represent the brand well. With over 100 products in the showroom, it’s advantageous if you are passionate about technology and driven to become a product expert.
