About the role

Become a Customer Support Representative for a renowned travel company, all while enjoying the vibrant culture of Barcelona!

As a part of the Customer Support team, you’ll delve into the dynamic world of travel, assisting customers in navigating their bookings and ensuring unforgettable experiences.

Your role involves:

  • Acting as a link between travellers and accommodation partners worldwide, fostering seamless communication and satisfaction.
  • Assisting travellers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations on the platform, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Providing exemplary customer service by swiftly addressing questions and resolving issues with finesse and professionalism.
  • Managing email and phone correspondence efficiently, upholding the highest standards of communication at all times.
