Responsible gaming is a key part of the iGaming industry, and this role puts you right at the heart of it. We are looking for a Finnish speaking Responsible Gaming Analyst who is detail-oriented, responsible, and motivated to make a real impact on player safety.
In this role, you will monitor player behaviour, spot potential risks, and take the right actions to ensure a safe and responsible gaming experience.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, based in Malta with a hybrid working model. Services run 24/7.
What you’ll be doing?
- Monitor and analyse player activity to identify responsible gaming risks
- Contact players via phone, email, and chat to suggest appropriate tools such as limits or breaks
- Review accounts based on alerts and reports
- Escalate complex cases with clear recommendations to senior management
- Maintain accurate records of communication and actions taken
- Support responsible gaming awareness across internal teams
- Suggest improvements to responsible gaming processes
- Assist with additional projects related to responsible gaming
- Report to the Head of Responsible Gaming

What is required?
- Fluent knowledge of the Finnish language (spoken and written).
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- You live in Malta or can relocate.
- Service-minded and responsible approach to customer care.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Availability for at least 12 months.
