Responsible gaming is a key part of the iGaming industry, and this role puts you right at the heart of it. We are looking for a Finnish speaking Responsible Gaming Analyst who is detail-oriented, responsible, and motivated to make a real impact on player safety.

In this role, you will monitor player behaviour, spot potential risks, and take the right actions to ensure a safe and responsible gaming experience.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, based in Malta with a hybrid working model. Services run 24/7.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Monitor and analyse player activity to identify responsible gaming risks
  • Contact players via phone, email, and chat to suggest appropriate tools such as limits or breaks
  • Review accounts based on alerts and reports
  • Escalate complex cases with clear recommendations to senior management
  • Maintain accurate records of communication and actions taken
  • Support responsible gaming awareness across internal teams
  • Suggest improvements to responsible gaming processes
  • Assist with additional projects related to responsible gaming
  • Report to the Head of Responsible Gaming
