About the role
As a Sales Advisor, you will support businesses in finding the right IT solutions, selling products, services, and contract renewals for a leading global tech company. Managing a specific group of clients, your role is to build lasting relationships and ensure they get the most out of their technology investments.
Your daily work involves calling and emailing customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You’ll identify new sales opportunities, follow up on marketing campaigns, and collaborate with business partners to close deals. Negotiating pricing, handling contract renewals, and managing CRM data will also be key responsibilities.
This role is Monday to Friday (10:00–18:00), making it perfect for those who enjoy structured workdays in a B2B sales setting.
Your key responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone and email, understanding their business needs and offering IT solutions.
- Handle contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and work with internal teams and business partners to finalise sales.
- Keep the CRM system updated, tracking orders, interactions, and future opportunities.

What do you get?
- Base salary of €1,700 gross per month, paid 14 times per year.
- Performance-based bonus of up to €250 per month.

- Daily cash bonus via Mastercard: First year (0-12 months): €3 net per working day. After 12 months: €6 net per working day.

What's required?
- Native or proficient Swedish speaker (C2 level) with strong verbal and written skills.
- Fluent English speaker (C1 level) for internal communication.
- At least two years of B2B sales experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- A structured, results-driven approach with a self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- You need EU citizenship or the right to work in Greece.
- You must be 18 years or older.

Are your test results good? Our client's recruiter will then contact you by phone for an initial presentation.

Second call
This is followed by two video interviews. During these interviews, your motivation, skills and knowledge about the project in question will be examined and discussed. So make sure you appear motivated and have obviously read up on the project.

Receive the results of the interviews
Once all steps are completed, we will contact you to tell you (fingers crossed!) the good news that you have been accepted!
