About the role
You’ll be working in a fast-paced, customer-focused sector: the iGaming industry. Here, users play casino games, place bets, or enjoy other online gaming experiences for real money. Your role as a Customer Service Agent sits right at the heart of it.
You’ll provide top-notch customer service to players via live chat and email — in Finnish and English. Your tone is fast, friendly, warm, and empathetic. You’ll aim to solve issues instantly whenever possible, while ensuring customer safety and looking out for any suspicious activity. You’ll also spot opportunities to upsell or promote offers where relevant.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Malta. You’ll work 40 hours per week, across 4–5 working days. Shifts are between 8:00 and 01:00, with occasional night shifts (22:00–08:00) shared among senior team members. If you work a night shift or during weekends/holidays, it will be compensated. The shift schedule will be shared with you in advance and all team members rotate shifts fairly.
About the company
You’ll be joining one of the hottest iGaming startups around! The team is friendly, helpful, and spread out across Malta. The company supports a hybrid model and has built its structure to match, with modern tools and plenty of online and in-person collaboration.
You’ll also be invited to the company’s annual team event, hosted in a different international location each year (last year in Marbella, this year in Malta).
