Your role as a Solution Specialist
In this role, you’ll support businesses in adopting cloud solutions, enabling them to operate more efficiently and cost-effectively. By helping clients transition to cloud-based systems, you’ll play a key role in making their operations more flexible and innovative.
Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, guiding them through the sales process, and offering tailored advice on the best solutions for their business. You’ll conduct product demonstrations, lead training sessions, and stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technology developments to provide top-tier service.

What do you get?
- An annual gross salary with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of €39,000. This means your total earnings include a base salary plus achievable performance bonuses, giving you the opportunity to boost your income through successful results.
- Up to €500 reimbursement for moving expenses.
- 2–4 weeks of free accommodation and help finding permanent housing.
- Great working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.
- 23 paid vacation days annually, plus 14 Spanish national holidays (double pay for holiday work).

What is required?
- Native or proficient Finnish and fluent English skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–6+ years of experience in tech-related sales or business development.
- Minimum Fundamentals certification (required), ideally L200 certification.
- In-depth understanding of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions.
- Knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment and adoption strategies.
- Experience designing, migrating, and managing cloud-based productivity and collaboration solutions.
- Proven success in meeting performance targets.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, excelling in customer-facing roles.
- Willingness to live and work in Malaga for at least 12 months.
