The iGaming industry revolves around online games of chance and betting. This includes a wide range of activities, from online casinos and sports betting to poker platforms, all accessible via the internet. As a Customer Service Hero in this field, your mission is to provide the best possible service to players. Every day, you bring your positive energy to phone calls, chats, and emails to help customers with their questions and concerns within the exciting world of iGaming.
Moreover, sharing your ideas to continuously improve the system and ensure the company stays ahead is extremely important. Providing valuable feedback to team leaders and Country Managers, and keeping the knowledge base updated, is a significant part of your role. No two days are the same in this role, and that’s what makes it so amazing.

Malta, an island located near the Italian coast, enjoys over 300 sun-drenched days a year. Imagine this… after a fulfilling work week where you’ve helped people, the weekend arrives. You decide to visit the Blue Lagoon with friends and enjoy the crystal-clear waters and exotic cocktails served in pineapples. While snorkelling, you discover the most colourful fish and marine life. After a delightful day, you return to Malta and visit one of your favourite beach bars, where a DJ is playing and you run into familiar faces. Sounds like a vacation, right? What do you get?​
- Gross monthly salary of €2,166.67.
- A monthly performance bonus of up to 10% of your salary.
- 2 weeks of free accommodation in an apartment close to work, plus help finding a permanent place to live.
- Reimbursement for your flight costs.
- Annual wellness allowance of €250 (pro-rata), for things like gym memberships.
- Opportunity to work in a hybrid model: part-time from home and part-time in the office (at least 2 days per week in the office). You’ll also get a €250 one-time bonus to set up your home office.

- After your probation, you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere in the world for up to 40 days per year!
- 27 days of vacation.
- Start your week right with breakfast at the office every Tuesday, enjoy lunch on Mondays and Wednesdays, and end the week with food and drinks every Friday!

What is required?
- Fluent in Danish (both spoken and written).
- Good English skills (both spoken and written).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service via phone or email.
- You have a positive attitude and approach, and you're flexible.
- You’re interested in the iGaming world and eager to learn more.
- You value helping others with empathy and are committed to delivering excellent service.
- You enjoy learning new things and love sharing your knowledge.
- You’re a great listener, have strong teamwork and communication skills, and can work independently.
- Minimum commitment: 12 months.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have EU citizenship.

We prefer someone with at least 1 year of customer service experience, but don’t hesitate to send in your application anyway! We can always check if we have similar positions abroad or other roles here in Malta that might be a good fit for you.
Yes, you should speak English well.
All candidates need to have a European passport or ID card to live and work anywhere in Europe, including Malta. Alternatively, if you’re from outside the EU, you’ll need a visa to live and work in Malta.
Yes, this is negotiable. While you look for your own apartment, you can bring your pets by making sure these are allowed in the accommodation.Â
