As a Technical Support Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers who need help with their products. Your mission? Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and keep things running smoothly. You’ll:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers with tech questions and support needs.
  • Diagnose problems, identify causes, and recommend solutions like a troubleshooting pro.
  • Help with installation, configuration, customisation, and performance issues.
  • Provide known fixes and workarounds where possible.
  • Search databases and documentation to rule out software defects.
  • Hand over unresolved issues when needed.

    After this, a test will be sent to you so they can test your English and computer skills.

  • Video interview

    A video interview will then be scheduled with the client's recruits. This conversation lasts approximately 45 minutes.

  • Receive the result of the interview

    Once all steps have been completed, we will contact you to give you (fingers crossed!) the good news that you have been hired!

  • Pack your things and board the plane!
