Your role involves:
- Acting as a link between travellers and accommodation partners worldwide, fostering seamless communication and satisfaction.
- Assisting travellers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations on the platform, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Providing exemplary customer service by swiftly addressing questions and resolving issues with finesse and professionalism.
- Managing email and phone correspondence efficiently, upholding the highest standards of communication at all times.

What do you get?
- An annual gross salary of €22,537 for 39 hours a week (Monday to Sunday, with different shifts available).
- 2-4 weeks of paid training.
- You will initially receive a temporary contract that may evolve into a permanent one based on long-term business needs.
- You will have 27 days of paid vacation each year.

What's required?
- You have native Danish language skills (written and spoken).
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
- You are available for a minimum of 12 months.
- You’re at least 18 years old.
- Very good communication, and listening skills.
- You are available to work in rotating shifts from 09:00 to 20:00 (Monday to Sunday).
