As a customer service expert or tech support agent, you are the link between the company and overjoyed customers. Your role? You are the first helpline for customers who have questions or need help. With your bright face and friendly approach, you will make customers feel heard and seen. Some of your duties will include:

What do you get?
- You will receive €500 to help with your relocation costs, such as flight ticket or accommodation costs.
- You’ll receive a gross monthly salary of €1,808 (€21,700 annually).
- Additionally, you can earn a performance bonus of up to €2,000 per year (€166 per month).
- You will get organisational help e.g. with registration and banking.
- A permanent contract.
- You will have 23 days of paid vacation each year. There are also 14 national holidays in Spain. If you have to work on those days, you’ll get paid double.

What's required?
- You have native Danish language skills (written and spoken).
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
- You are available for a minimum of 12 months.
- You’re at least 18 years old.
- Very good communication, and listening skills.
