Got a flair for juggling tasks and turning a bad day into a great one? We’ve got the perfect job for you! As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the friendly face that customers can count on. From chatting over the phone or email, handling orders, updating info, and sharing all the details about our services and prices, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also team up with clients to figure out exactly what they need to offer the best solutions.

Here’s the scoop on what you’ll be doing:

  • Provide information to customers and answer questions via telephone and email.
  • Accept and process customer orders using computer programmes.
  • Make changes to customer orders as needed and offer details on services, prices, and purchase options.
  • Inform customers about any changes to their orders.
  • Draft, edit, and process correspondence and other documents.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable products.

 

Expect to work closely with supervisors and mentors on exciting projects and join in on team meetings to keep the good vibes going.
