What you’ll be doing: the travel agent experience
As a Danish Travel Agent for one of the world’s largest online travel agencies, you’ll be at the heart of a global travel experience. The company offers a vast array of services, including booking hotel rooms, airline tickets, car rentals, holiday packages, and destination services through top travel suppliers.
In your role, you’ll help customers plan their dream trips, whether it’s finding the perfect flight, booking a cosy hotel room, arranging exciting activities, or managing all those travel logistics. You’ll be the go-to expert providing support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every trip goes off without a hitch.
For example, you might assist a family in booking a fun-filled holiday package to Italy, help a business traveller secure a last-minute flight, or guide a couple in planning a romantic getaway with the best accommodations and activities. Your expertise will make their travel experience seamless and memorable.

What do you get?
- A gross monthly salary of €1,700 (€20,400 annually.
- Performance bonuses of up to €200 per month (€2,400 annually), bringing your potential earnings to €1,900 per month.
- Reimbursement of moving costs up to €500.
- A 39-hour workweek with varied shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including occasional weekend work, as the support line operates daily.

- A permanent contract.
- 23 days of paid holiday annually, plus 14 national holidays in Spain. If you work on a national holiday, you'll receive double pay.
- Assistance with administrative tasks, such as setting up your NIE, Social Security, and bank account.
- Free weekly social events and after-work activities.
What is required?
- You are fluent in Danish.
- You're proficient in English.
- You can communicate clearly: your spoken grammar is strong, you know how to ask the right questions, and you’re able to show empathy through your tone. You also respond with the right level of urgency when needed.
- You’re a great listener: you actively listen and easily understand the customer’s experience.
- You write well: your grammar, spelling, and sentence structure are excellent, and you have a keen eye for detail.
- You're available to live and work in Málaga for at least 12 months.
- You have a genuine interest in the travel industry.
